I'm curious, can anyone verify if negative skill attachments still work for unlocking stats on other CAs?

Example : I just purchased an artisan exp +8 unarmed speed +14 CA, can I still put in a -1 unarmed speed CA and get the artisan exp +8?

Nope negative skill attachments just use a slot. Nothing more.

I read somewhere in the forums that the DEVs are going to fix those negative attachments...

So, perhaps a -7 clothing assembly SEA might turn into a +7 clothing assembly SEA.
