Correct, the "boots" are the only thing left... everything else is either a mission reward or is an NPC specific loot item (Tusken stuff, Jawa beads, Gungan earing). Although I am happy we got more craftables, this is still a point of contention for me, I lost a very large loot only clothing collection 
On the bright side... I made a lot of storage space when I deleted it all woth one swift click

if im not mistaken there is also a ring that we cannot craft...aptly named "ring". and the strappy boots can be bought by imperials at a recruiter, but only in black.
On the other hand i still see NPCs wearing an item or two that we cannot yet craft.

As far as I know the only items of clothing that are looted but can't be crafted are the tuscan clothing, the black sun and dark jedi medallons (which can be worn, but not seen) and the nightsister bicep which doesn't drop anymore. Also there are the imperial boots, but I am not 100% sure that if they are different from what we can make or whether they are just a color we can't quite make.

Hello, I was just wondering what clothing was loot specific and can't be crafted by Tailors. I have looted "Golden Symbol" rings and "Shorts" (that are really hawtpants), but I'm not sure if these are Tailor made. I couldn't find a list of all clothing in the game, looted and crafted, so I was just wondering. Thanks!

As far as I know, there should not be any looted clothing that isn't craftable at this point (unless you count the bracelets that we can craft, but when looted, they go on the other wrist). They may have different names, but they should all be the same thing.

The only item that I have seen looted that we cannot craft
'boots'
they look almost identical to uniform boots except there is a buckle at the top outer part of them
sinceJTL Ihave not found any other wearble looted item we cannot make
(beside a gungan earring we cant wear, and the labled 'old swoop helm', 'helmet' etc)
