Thread: Ideas for a Gothic Outfit.
Well, first off don't feel you have to be limited to just clothes. Padded armor can sometimes go great weith clothes if done right. A black padded armor chestpiece looks awesomly Goth when worn with a black belted skirt, and leave the arms uncovered. Also i think if your skin is the lightest white and you wore a black Luxurious gown it would create the illusion that the dress is pitch black as it contrasts extremly with the light skin. Plus the luxurious gown is nicely curved anyway, and lace part is kind of gothic to me.
It really depends on your style, more then just wearing black clothes. Do you like to have lots of skin showing or is your toon modest and prefers to keep as much skin covered as possible? If you don't mind showing skin I say go all out with a black light bustier, extrem revealing skirt, Elegant Gemstone neclace, with a red gem or whatever color gem you'd want, and whatever footwear you prefere boots or sandles. Or any of the bustiers with a fashionably pleated skirt. There really are lots of options out there. Best thing to do is look a website that has all the clothes shown and that way you'll be able to tell the tailor exactly what you want.
WARCRY is a good site for clothing that can be crafted, except that it obviously hasn't been updated to include the newest things such as the Extremly Revealing skirt, or the winged Hawtpants among other things.

Anyone have an idea or two for a male gothic outfit?
Comfortable slacks
suit shirt
gunmans duster
grand mayoral robe
or
councilmans robe
servitude
short wrap
immense gemstone crest
but once again it comes down to WHICH goth meaning do you seek...
since it is so mainstream now what I know as goth has faded right into whatI wore as a punk...

I'd also have to go with the snow boots on this one - big and clunky - in black.
