::forehead slaps self:: Duh. They're artisan. I feel so stupid now, I should know better.

Thank you.

Hi, all. I'm a Master Artisan who dabbles in other crafting professions as needed. I need to do a few factory runs of Trim for someone, so I just finished up my Novice Tailor box, and set about to working on Formals I. After about 10 minutes of practice sessions, I realized my XP bar was still empty. (My chat box was covering part of it.) I thought maybe I'd broken the macro I use (a macro you hit, not an AFK one), but it's working. I tried to make things one-by-one the old fashioned long way, making physical items, and it worked--but still no experience!

I've tried to fix it by changing items, making different level items, switching tools, taking the shuttle, logging out (twice, once all the way), and still--the bar remains empty.

Any ideas?

Sometimes you have to logout and log back in (a long logout) for your xp to "catch up."

Edit: okay you already did that. Are the items you are making TAILOR items or are they artisan items?

I've kicked myself a few times for accidentally setting the tool on practice mode, then wonder where the items went... O.o
