I left for eight months and recently came back. I remember when I was playing there was a lot of Teras Kesi Masters wearing what looked like a black/red Kilt and no shirt with some sort of necklace. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the "kilt". Does anyone know? And can Tailors make it? Thanks!

Is it the two-tone formal skirt?
