Crystalian clothing treatment I looted some off Dark Jedi Master's no less... what is it used for? something to do with clothing.

Unfortunately, crystaline clothing treatment essentially has no value. They are used in a pre-cu loot schematic that now is obsolete post-cu.

So there is no way to loot clothing schem's? that was a pre-cu thing eh?

No, you can still loot them, but the Exquisite Dancer's Leotard no longer serves any purpose. It gives bonuses to entertainer modifiers that no longer exist.

The schematics were quest rewards rather than loot and you can still get them by completing the relevent parts of the various theme parks.
Oh, and as its slightly relevent, I got 6 identical pieces of HDL out of a locked container and 8 identical off a low-level Jawa on Tat
Until now I was relying on NS hunters to bring me them
