Doany garments crafted with "combat bleeding defense" mods pre-CU still work? Will the bleed defense mod stick? Has anyone tested or can anyone give a definitive answer? Thanks in advance.

Here's the quick history of bleed defense:
Back in '03 the bleed defense tissues were proven to *not work*. Interestingly enough, it was this test that led people to believe that bio-tissues were broken across the board, and was one of the main arguments used for why BE's desperately needed a revamp.
BE's got a revamp in early '04 but to my knowledge, nobody ever took the trouble to prove whether or not bleed defense tissues ever worked after that. The reason for this is simple: it was a very unpopular tissue relative to melee/stun or warcry/intimidate, and few people really cared whether it worked or not. They may have been the poorest selling tissue of them all in fact.
In the CU, bleed defense tissue was removed from the game, and replaced by "healing effeciency" which is actually a really nice tissue that was proven by me and others to actually work very effectively.
Consistent with the shoddy job they did in converting pre-cu mods to post-cu mods, all clothing made from pre-cu mods were not converted.
So the bottom line is this:
1) I've never heard anyone actually verify that pre-cu, bleeding defense did anything.
2) They removed bleed defense for a reason, presumably because it wouldn't work post-cu.
3) Since nobody knew whether it worked pre-cu, and since there was relatively little clothing made from it, I certainly haven't seen anyone prove conclusively that it worked post-cu.
My strong suspicion was that it did nothing pre-cu, and does nothing post-cu, but anyone is free to prove me wrong.
P.S. there never was a visible "bleed defense mod" in your skill box, so whether or not it shows up there doesn't tell you anything unfortunately.
