Thread: A question about Looted Clothing Treatments.....

Hi All,


I had a customer give me some Looted Clothing Treatments that were blank [no mod's listed]. I tried to see if they could be used in synthetic cloths or reinforced panels, butthe crafting filter doesn't show these items as usable. Can these be used at all? and if so, what are they used for?
