are skirts bad to put things in? I spent like 10 million on weaponsmith tapes and I wanna be sure before i put them in.

Skirts will not take skill tapes at this time. It was broken sometime around JTL.

I would appear as if tailor is the last to get a fix of any kind.

We are still dealing with broken/missing color charts since launch if that kinda tells you anything.
