Is this just my problem or have others experienced the same thing? (yes, I'm a newb tailor.) I'd like to be able to sell some necklaces but who wants to buy something they can't see? Also, what's up with earrings? Is anyone able to make these? (I'd like to wear them, actually.)

I apologize if these issues has been discussed previously, but I don't read the forum that often.
Thanks

All necklaces can't be seen in crafting window or inventory, unless they are dropped on the floor then picked up in the case of the latter. Looted necklaces do show up however (e.g. Dark Jedi Medallion). All necklaces show correctly when worn though, and can be put on display in houses fine. They sit at neck height which is nice, but looted non-craftable ones will just plop on the floor.

Earrings are a no-no I'm afraid, but probably as with rings you wouldn't be able to see them when equipped.

Feel free to use the jewelry section of the website to help in crafting. The models I used for screenshots - I tried to use as contrasting a color as possible so you'd know which was which - but it's still flying blind.

On MOST pieces - the Gem/highlight is the top palette - and the chain is the bottom, but this isn't true for every single piece. Hopefully the displays will be fixed soon, websites are better than nothing but they don't take the place of being able to examine ingame for sales or while crafting.

Thanks for the replies. It's not that big of a deal in the scheme of things but it would be nice if this were fixed.

that bug is annoying

i set up all the jewelry on display in my shop with contrasting colors (ie black and white, red and white), so both me and the customer know what parts i'm coloring. then i set up a dummy item on my vendor that asks customers to refer to my floor display when selecting necklaces. it works pretty well
