Why can't we use hoods???

I really want just to have one... just hide my head in i...

In style similiar to the Jedis in the beginning of Episode 1!

Or old obi-wan/ben kenobi in the first movie!!!

Plz give us that devs......

Come on mate!

U gotta admit that no only jedis should use hoods! I have seen NPCs that have them! I just don't understand why we shouldn't!
