Alright, I was thinking about this today. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to wear your flight jacket with your flight suit? At least, I think it's a good idea. Real pilots do it and it looks cool. Would like to see the ability to wear a jacket with a flight suit/jump suit. I don't know, wishful thinking or something to consider?

I believe "allow items that 'make sense' to be wearable together" is on our top issues list. It would also be nice to wear cloaks over dresses.

Speaking of Flight Suits, i discovered something odd yesterday.
I had made myself a suit of bone armor so i could pretend i was a noob, or maybe it was just because i've never made one, i dunno. well anyway, i was wearing my bone armor suit, and then decided to put my flight suit back on that i normally wear. it is the flight suit with the short pant legs. i forget what it's called, maybe it's a Heavy Flight suit? but anyway, when i put it on, i was wearing it OVER TOP OF my bone armor chestplate.
i found that rather odd...

I noticed some pilots wearing the suit and over it a vest or a jacket I am not sure anymore about what it was and it also struck me as odd... That was three days ago...
Maybe there was some stealth fix?

I've seen many Imperials in TIE Suits wearing Grey Cargo Vests over their flight suit.

I am not a tailor, but I do like to lurk in your forums to find out what the latest and greatest is concerning fashion. A Smuggler's image is as important as the weapon he or she carries.
I like to wear the brown cargo vest with my blue flight suit and blue long uniform gloves. The gloves and suit pair well in my opinion, while the brown vest offsets it . Along with my container bandolier, I feel I look the part of a Pilot ready to go. It also looks well when I change into my "Pirate" garb of black camo pants and white trim lined shirt.
Wearing a jacket with the flight suit would be a great addition to my style!! I really hope this gets pushed through.
Now,..what jacket to wear? I know my Privateer's Ace jacket (along with the helmet appear to be inspired by motorcycle racing) would totally not work with my flight suit.
