Thread: A little whine

I don't want to sound ungrateful but I was voted in the forums awards as tailor of the year. As flattered as I am, the workload has increased to a point that I no longer want to log into the game. Since the forum awards were posted, the amount of custom orders has risen more than what I can handle. Should I ask A'srai or another tailor to take some of these clients for me? Should I recommend other tailors? As much as I appreciate being tailor of the year, I cannot handle the workload and in fact have only logged in once in 2 weeks.

I think that it is entirely ok to subcontract some of the work you cannot get done. So long as it is understood that those that you are refering have your full trust, and should be trusted by the customer in question. You know better than anyone your limits and can act accordingly within them.

Chiana, PM me here if you need some help. I haven't been on a lot as of late (sort of taking a little break/RL Insanity time of year 
), so it may take a few days to reply to ingame mail. But I see no reason why they would mind you subcontracting stuff out to me or someone else. They get their outfits sooner, you get happy customers, I make some cash (like I need more of it

Congratulations on being named Tailor of the Year by the way. 
If you need additional help filling requests, I'd be glad to help out. I really don't have the tissues on hand for BE clothes, but everything else I'm stocked for.

Thanks but what is your tailors name on Chilastra?

I know Tailor has got to be a very socially oriented profession, and you can't really have fun with it if you're inundated.

Umm... okay, I see where the miscommunication happened...
I'm not a tailor, though I've tried it out on the Blue Frog servers. What I meant was, can you recommend a good tailor to me, since you're busy? :-)
I had played around on the web a bit, picking out clothes and trying different color patterns, and now I'm sorta looking for someone who can make the outfit for me. Gotta have style to show those composite clones there's more colors out there than those drab, drab armor paints.
