Thread: No Name Attachment?

I searched for this but couldnt find an answer..maybe its common knowledge but im clueless when it comes to tapes ans attachments and what not... but anyway i looted a skill enhancing attachment, but it doesnt say what skill or anything else on it..what is it? any help would be great thank you.

It has no bonuses. Sometimes the loot generator will make attachments with no bonuses or negative bonuses, both of which do nothing.
