I'm not a Tailor, but I have found a belt that fits 100% of the time and looks good...
Unfortunately, it happens to be the Padded Armor Belt, which armorsmiths make. :-(
Since there's no such thing as a "belt" hit in combat, I think the developers should revisit the issue of belts being too bulky and not fitting properly.
I also think they should consider allowing certain belts, like the Utility belt, to act as containers, just like backpacks. I'm kind of tired of having to wear a backpack all the time just so I can carry around the stuff I need. Backpacks are ugly and really mess with my outfit.
I want a tailor belt, like the Padded Armor Belt, which a> fits, b> can hold things like a backpack, and c> looks good. Ideally, there would be a limited use schematic as well, which would have some combat or non-combatutility like the Field Agent's Backpack.

I have found that The Decorated belt fits better than almost every other belts... It does still loop around maost jackets, but it will layer properly with either a gunman's or a cloak. Unfortunately fot the waist level coats the belt is set at the base of the jacket rather than the top of the pants. I noticed this when trying to find a Tailor belt that fit with a pilots jacket
So that makes me wonder...Is there a way to shiftthe location of where the belt graphicallyplaced to the top of the pants rather than average base of the shirt/jacket where we already have 2 layers could the belts fit right?

I did say, "And looks good." :-)
The Padded Armor Belt fits *exactly* around my waist, where the beltline of the pants, skirts, etc.are.
The Mabari armor belt is far too blocky; it's designed to fit over the half-skirt of the Mabari Armor pants. If you're not wearing those pants, the Mabari belt really looks like you're wearing a bicycle tire around your waist. And who wants that?
The Ubese Armor Bandolier is also designed to work with the Ubese jacket. If you're not wearing a jacket or a vest, or if you're wearing a duster, it doesn't look good.
Yep, give me a tailor-made belt like the Padded Armor Belt, nicely fitting around my waist, give it storage capacity, and I'll be happy. Ideally, the developers would also expand the list of items that can have synthcloth or reinforced fabric in them as well...
All the developers have to do to give us belts with storage, is changesome "belt" schematics to make a "Wearable_Container" object instead of a "Belt" object. As long as you use the "Belt" graphics and the "Belt" equip slot, nothing else changes, and all the changes that need to be made are done server-side, not client-side. The side effect of this change would be that sockets on these "container belts" would be unusable, but that's not so much an issue, really, since with the backpack gone players can use bandoliers and sashes with sockets.
Better fitting belts are the province of the Art Department, and I know they can do a much better job. Belts are not supposed to go *over* vests and jackets... they're supposed to go *under* them.

I think its the ubese belt, but it fits even better than the padded and can be made in multiple colors.

Any armor belts 'fit' (padded and mabari, and ubese bandolier)
All tailored belts and bandoliersloop, and do not layer correctly ( put one on with your jacket and be Saturn for a day)
This is in the tailor what we want list, as well as storage in them and bandoliers.
Its not just a customers wish, it's the tailors too,
like we reallywant folks looking silly wearing our brand.

The Decorated Belt is my favorite ![]()
One of the reasons I don't wear belts much is because of that reason...because they don't fit right.

I like the simplified belt, however they seem to be bugged for no sockets. After that I like the side pocket belt or whatever it's called.
