Was told that I could only get 15's for the medical stats. BTW, I'm talking about 4 mods on one piece of clothing. TY for any help.

BE TABLE

+18 would be around the best stats PER tissue, where the tissue could be used twice you could get +25. Tissue varies by BE creating it, skill resources etc...

But in those pants it wont happen, pants allow base mods so +18 would be it at max, it would take an outfit for +25.
