For riflemen looks I often suggest a Pilots Jacket or Padded Jacket anong with a pair of solid color Paramilitary camo pants, solid basic camo's or the quilted pants

Serously when i hear the words rifleman,I think (yeah I know) John Wayne...
Dress slacks, high quality boots, sidbutton shirt, simple vest or sleevless jacket...or of course gunman's duster.
now for the hired hitman look...
Basic camos, Sturdy boots, single tone muscle/flexform shirt, casual or specops jacket.

I'm going to suggest something more practical for arifleman. You can get your favorite tailor to add COVER tissues to your clothes. These handy tissues add bonuses to your cover mods will help keep you stay hidden when you're out sniping...
Paramiltary Camos
Reinforced Workshirt
Spec-Ops Duster
Mercenary Bandolier
All of the above can take the cover tissue as well as the melee defence one.
It might not be the most stylish, but we'll see who's laughing when you're standing on a pile of bodies

cover tissues? I think you mean the mask scent/camo tissues... I could be very wrong here, and do apologize if I am, but I was not aware nor have I ever heard that there were BE tissues for cover.

Yes, there are cover tissues. I happen to have a suit with them. But the mask scent would be a good pick too

Forgot to mention, they are called MimeticCircuitry that give you the cover bonus. Scent Neutralization tissues is for maskscent and camo.
Not to many BE's make them, only the really good ones
