I have a question regarding a a recent loot item
I looted something called "Skill-Enhancing Attachement" and it's not aClothing Attachement or an Armor Attachement, it uses the icon of a red crystal.
I have tried to insert this item into clothing like you would a normal CA but it won't go.
Somone mentioned that it may have to be tailor crafted into an item
can anyone tell me about that?

these red crystals are actually bugs
you either keep them in hopes they will some day be fixed, or keep them for decor
they are not crafted into anything, nor are they used for anything
nothing more then a interestinly annoying graphic bug
{which means there is debate if it should be a crystal, or a attachments when/if ever fixed}
