Believe me I am trying! Please don't think that I am sitting back and not saying anything. I am being an absolute pest about it!

Obviously we are all upset, but putting more pressure on Gyopi to somehow magically get communication over which she has no control is counterproductive.
Well, here are the facts:
- it's not going to be fixed in the next hotfix
- it's not going to be fixed in the next patch
- they listed this issue as an issue that they are aware of
- Gyopi doesn't know any more about this issue then you do
- no responses to requests for information from Tiggs, Thunderheart etc(which is the norm, believe me)

Most of the time, information flows one way from the correspondents to the development team. Their primary purpose is to gather and present issues to the devs as ASKED. It is unfortunate that the relationship is so unbalanced, but that is the situation as each correspondent must deal with.
The devs have officially said that they know the problem exists. They have a set schedule of work as they have prioritized the issues, and they will decide on any changes without excess pokings from Gyopi. She is doing her bestest and prodding and poking themas much as she is able, but they will release information on a need to know basis.
We will likely never see a schedule for the patch that fixes us... it will simply arrive one morning.

if how soon things get fixed is related to the correspondent's effort, there would be no bugs in this game

Nicely put
/bow
I am sure I am not alone in feeling like the Dev's are pretty much trying to run us out of town on a rail.
My sales have not dropped much since the BE screw-up (but I do most of my BE work by custom order), but I have plenty of very popular items that I am having to hand craft rather than factory run because of the factory bug... and because of the socket nerf, those hand crafted items in the more popular colors are not getting the 3 or 4 sockets I usually provide. That's 3 issues with Tailor - 2 are bugs, one was a stupid nerf to a system that has been sloughed off for the past year (as has been evidenced by the extensive tests run by many of our more prominent posters)
Gyopi, I know you are working hard, I bet you are working harder than most of us imagine.
Thank you for all you do on our behalf. None of my rants are aimed at you, but at the dev's and up who don't seem to acknowledge that we are also paying customers along with the uber jedi ( no offense to any jedi/tailors out there) and BH...
/hugs Gyopi

As an echo....VERY nicely put.
Trust me, there's *no* chance that they don't know about it. ![]()
