that's right if the dev team has some people working on emotes only! why not having them making some new clothing styles! and add them into the game every once in a while (patch ). that way people will keep interested in clothing. since at this point we all should be bored out of our mind with the clothing tailors make. we know them all by heart! so i think that adding new clothing style may keep tailoring more interesting, and people will want to stop by that master tailor shop more often!

Not just for masters. Maybe add a new item to each line every month! Maybe 2 sometimes and maybe a seasonal item. It's not gonna put that much more of a load on things *shrugs*

There's not enough clothing, certainly not enough hats or eyewear (as in one noncraftable bleh). However I don't think anyone should get these new schematics automatically, they should be quest rewards, or something you have to buy or something. Just getting them poofed into your datapad is kinda lame.
