I/m looking for information regarding the socketing issue. Does it work, will it work? If it does how well does it work. If it does work im going to be needing a good tailor so i can stuff my pants with a little socket helper.

Sockets were fixed in this patch, as best as I can tell.

Any tailor with Tailoring II or above can get sockets with almost everything. By the time they hit Master Tailor, nearly everything has four sockets.
