Thread: Bugged Wearables Factory: Is anyone else having this problem?
Just wondered if anyone else was having this problem.
My wearables factory is bugged. It won't let me manufacture anything. When I click on the options menu, the only options I get are access station ingredient hopper and access station output hopper. The factory condition is at 100%, the maintenance is paid, there is 3000 units of energy loaded. The schematic and resources are loaded, but it still won't let me run anything.
I ran 2 crates of synthetic cloth on 7/22 and had no problems. When I tried to run more synthetic cloth on 7/23, it started the process and then a few minutes later it stopped and sent me an e-mail saying that the process had stopped and that no items had been produced. After this is when all the options but the 2 disappeared from the options menu. I have tried logging out and back in several times to no avail. I even destroyed the factory, reclaimed the deed and then re-built the factory, also to no avail.![]()
If anyone has had this happen to them and found a solution, please post what you did to fix it. I have submitted a customer service ticket, but who knows how long that will take.
Sounds like you don't have a schematic loaded to me.
I only get those 2 options when i don't have a schematic loaded or in my datapad
I'm kinda surprised destroying and rebuilding didn't work, though. I never got that desperate when this happened to me in the past, but I was led to believe it would work....
Have you tried to access the options while you have a schematic ready in your datapad? Maybe your old one ran out or was destroyed.
If you don't have a new schematic handy, it will not give you the option to access the schematic slot.

I'll have to try it with a schematic in my datapad. Silly me thinking that the system mightdo something like tellme thatmy schematic had run out. ![]()
Thank you all for posting in response to my problem. What I thought was a bug appears to be just a lack of information and user friendliness. Funny that even the CSR I spoke with didn't know what the problem was. ![]()
Thanks again for your help. ![]()
