I bought a noble robe about 4 weeks ago off the bazaar terminal, wore it for a couple of weeks and got ride of it. Wishing I had kept it. I don't see it on the list of things that tailors get. Am I missing it on the list or is it a drop?

Hmmm, 2 possibilities here.

1. It was an NPC drop that we can't make.

2. A tailor renamed the robe, and we can, but just need to know what it looks like from you.

Don't suppose you remember if the robe had a creator listed when examined?
