I haven't yet, but most of the skill mods they provide are still there so I doubt they changed much if at all.

Cover mod and General aiming is no more ... so i think devs fix it

/shrug Just because the mod doesn't work doesn't mean they fixed it. Look at the mind enhancement mods.
