Thread: New Bandoliers with Storage?
The Multipocket bandolier, Mercenary bandolier, and Twostrap bandolier
that are containers {just like backpacks with 50items storage}
are Pilot rewards, from certain factions and to certain races.
Currently you must be of the faction tree of piloting the Bandolier 'came from' in order to equip it.
{even though it has been on our wishlist like forever..grrrr}
You may have to be the same faction to equip it, but I do know once you have it equipped and switch factions you can still wear it, just not sure what happens if you try unequipping and requipping

To wear one of those bandoliers you need to have at least Novice Neutral pilot. You get it for the first few missions you fly for the privateers guild.
If you see one on the Bazaar and are Reb or Imp Pilot you cannot equip them.
So, being Rebell or Imperial + being neutral Pilot works just fine.
So if you do not plan on a Faction Pilot career and have Jtls go to Eisley and become neutral pilot and equip the stuff.

There was only Mercenary bandolier as far as I know. When did others came out?
I have wookie, trandoshan and rodian characters on different neutral pilots all got mercenary bandolier .

Mercenary I beleive is for nuetral pilots, the multipocket and double are for Rebel and Imperial 'non human' races.{wooks, iths, not sure what else would be granted one}
I have all 3 sitting at my complex should you ever want to server hop and see em. Had em since probly about 2months after jtl went live.
And for the 'novice pilot' trick, You do have to be of the same faction that awarded it,
all other will get the system message telling you you must be such and such to wear it.
I have a few toons and when one tried to equip the bandolier being the Imp pilot she was, she got the message.
Same went for the Reb pilot...you must be a pilot of the tree that awarded the bandolier to equip it.
