This evening I was later than usual getting home from work, and then it took over an hour for me to finally get online on Chilastra, and when I finally got online I went out my little house door and up to my glowing factory waypoint to discover NOTHING except flowers and butterflies. My factoryhas vanished into thin air.

When I left for work this morning I had plenty of maintenance credits, and plenty of power in my factory, so I know that it did not blow up. I also received an email message from the system telling me that the crates completed, so I know it actually did work today, which I assume it would not have done had I not provided sufficient power and funds to run it.

Has anyone else lost their factories?

I just heard from one of the CSRs that this is to be fixed during a 4AM PST July 16th maintenance downtime.

Your buildings were 'ghosted'. I lost my shop, factory, and 6 harvesters one time due to this bug. Everyone's structures within a certain point around my shop were also gone. Nothing ruins business like not having the shop that everyone goes to . It's fixed when the server is reset and (most likely)maintanence jobs are run. Most likely, the table in whatever database they are using lost it's index to YOUR structure records. When maintanence is run, the index finds your record again and boom, your factory is back . At least that's my theory
