People keep asking me for camo dusters. I assume that it's a duster with a camo modifier... How do you get the piece with the camo modifier? Are they made by players (BEs maybe?), dropped? I have seen a lot of skill enhancements but none with camo modifiers.

In my experience, when people want that they just mean a spec-ops duster in black and sand/yellowy.

Usually people mean dusters in the same style as the paramilitary camo pants (2-color combo). What sells really nicely are black-white combos, or desert style (tan-yellow) or jungle style (differents greens). Offer paramilitary camos with the corresponding duster and you have one more happy camper

Yup ... as the others mentioned, take a Spec Ops ... mix some camo colors (desert, jungle, urban) and sell it with paramilitary camos and maybe some sturdy boots , greandier belt and muscle shirt and you have a nice look

She's a scout so I'm not sure So anyway, where can I find those camo modifiers? I would love one for myself as well

There's nospecial "modifier." Just pick two different but complimentary colors to make your duster and camo pants.

I made a Red/Whitespec-opduster last night. My client said I looked like the pale rider on a horse coming to claim his death. I think it was a compliment.

Take a look around for a BE and see if they have the right stuff.. I think one of their enhancements adds a camo buff. But first, ask the person who's requesting the duster, make sure they don't just want the camo colors.
