Tailor Archive

There are never any there. All tailors I've spoken to say they can't make capes. So what gives? Is this something we have to get off of NPCs while looting, or is there a plan to implement them for tailors to make?

Anyone know?

I would imagine there is a plan to allow tailors to make them at some point, there is also an eyewear section and no eyeware in game other than the collectors edition goggles.
