What is a good price to charge for these modded clothing? I check alot of different Tailors and get a wide range of prices. I have seen 25k to 150k for each article of clothing. What is a decent price to charge so that I dont rip my customer off but I atleast make some profit?

Depends on the price you pay. I would say no more then 50k a piece. I sell mine for under 40k a piece and make a ton of porfit per crate.

Sounds silly but I charge 1K per plus that is in the tissue. I wanted to break it down in a way that seemed fair since sometimes I get tissues that have a +16 and other times the same tissue at +14 *shrug* works well for meit seems likethe price isn't too high nor too low, just right for clothes that are modded

I use a formula that is simple for me to remember so I don't have to do a lot of figuring when I put it on my vendor. I charge 1k per highest bonus + my normal clothing price +2500 for extra tissues (if double modded).

So like, lets say a +16 defense spec ops duster.. would be 16x1000 + 2500 (normal cost of the jacket) = 18500 credits. Paramilitary camo's with +17 healing efficiency and +17 aug/cure would be 17x1000 +2500 (normal cost of pants) +2500 (for additional tissue) = 22000 credits.

*shrug* works for me.

I've got a rather complicated spreadsheet which I use to calculate the price of BE items. But the governing factor for me is the cost of the BE tissue. I have a basic tissue cost (based on the mod value and the ingredients that go into the particular tissue) I then charge depending on the number of tissues being used and I add on the price of the non-BE garment. I charge more for Defensive tissues than for the others, but that's simply to stop my shelves being completely cleared every time I stock them!

This gives me a price range starting at 9300 for a +16 Scent Mask/Camo shirt up to 36000 for a multi-mod spec-ops duster (Defensive plus Augmentation/Cure Efficiency) or a tissue hungry Bodysuit.

A lot of the time it depends on how you get your BE tissue and the price you have to pay. In my case my husband does the BE so I only have to worry about the cost of the raw materials and we share the profits.

Prices do vary from server to server so it's as well to be guided by the long established tailors on your particular server. The secret is to set your prices so you are making a profit. Don't set them so low that people clean you out all the time, that can lead to stress and frustration. Don't set them so high that things never sell. Play around with the prices until you get to a comfortable level where you are making enough cashto be happy but aren't a slave to your crafting tool (ripping your hair out as the emails flood in and you see your vendors emptying).

Hope this helps,

Ahhhhh, i really like that. is a bit cheaper then mine, but seems a fair method. I'm pretty lazy w/ mine so if it's a shirt w/ mods i have a lot of tissues for i charge 15k. if they start flying off the shelf too fast i up it to 20k. Anything like a duster i charge 40k for, just because they cost double the tissues and always take forever for me to hit 4 sockets w/.

heh it works for me, like I said. A lot of people charge more *shrug* I don't have a huge BE vendor.. so it's not my main business, it's just a one vendor out of 10 thing.. heh

I charge per tissue. I might go back to charging per point once I get BE back, but the price of tissues on Lowca have gone up even faster than gas prices lately!

i charge 1k per +highest mod +2k to cover cost of the item itself (ie +16 melee def and ranged def ff undershirt I would charge as 18k) but i add a bit more for +25's or if the item needed several tissues.

you get yours from Peragrin? Her prices usually stay about the same. (although when i reactivated Teero i bought up millions of credits worth of tissues, so i haven't really bought any in a while)

I haverecently but I haven't bought any in awhile. I just heard from the other guild tailors that the prices has shot up drastically over the past few weeks. Anyway, I will have master BE back by Friday and I should start making tissues again for the guild tailors (actually I can start on some of them today after I finish Engineering Techniques IV and get all my experimentation points).
