I was in Bestine when I saw someone wearing this - this wasnt a NPC it was a player. He said it was a drop he found and just called 'robe'

Also in Bestine was a guy in some hotpants that had like sci-fi wings on the side a la the Jetsons or something
Today I had a customer ask for the robe and I had to turn him away

the hotpants with wings droped for me from the imperial theme park, emperor's retreat. Actually not a drop but a reward from a mission.
The other item, the robe, are simply just clothesfrom loot. There are many out there that look really nice. Shiney Metallic colors too!

I've gotten those shorts with the wings, the robe, a vest that looks like an umpire's vest, and a reinforced pullover from meatlumps - I don't think tailors can make any of those

There's also a pair of long pants that I've only started seeing recently. They have a criss-crossed design on the lower legs.
I'm working on an article (including screenshots) of all the uncraftable clothes in game for SWG Tailor. I'll post when the list is finished and when I have all the screens up.

What are the weird-looking shorts supposed to be in the game dialogue? And why is the Emperor giving you his old pants?

I have 3 of those robes in my shop on Rori theyre loot drops. I've seen another couple of NPCs running around with them but that Blue/black is the nicest colurs I've seen tho.

You mean Ubese pants?

Hm, they look different than the screenshot of the Ubese pants on SWG Craft.
Here's a screen of the pants I mean. Are they Ubese? If so, this is the first style of armor I've found looted that loots as clothing. They have that crisscross design as well as a stripe of color on the side.

Aren't they just the epitome of fashion in the galaxy? What I wouldn't give for a pair of those uber NS pants...

LOL, good question, but I think he used to give you a "slave collar" from his personal collection too! I dare wonder what other wierd stuff he has.
