Can't wear a backpack together with a bandolier!

Can the sockets in backpacks be used now? If so, how do you drop an SEA on a pack without it going INTO the pack?

Bandolier sockets work just fine. Got an SEA in mine.

Yes you can put BE and SEA into a bando, you cannot however put them into a backpack.
