ok im an armorsmith / tailor / wepionsmith / artisan , recently my freind asked me to make a novice tailor boot and he wonderd if it could be BE'enahnced . i wasnt sure but it did have an option for a tissue in the synth cloth ( wrapped boots ) , can these be BE'ed and if so by what tissues?

It is not a syn cloth that goes in the wrapped boots but a fiberplast panel which cannot be enhanced with any tissues.
