Do the theme park loottool set schematics require a tailor made cargo pocket or can a looted cargo pocket work? [nevermind - question was answered when a tailor made the tool set].
However, can the tool set schematic be made into a factory schematic?

yes, it can be made into a factory schematic, but you're limited by the number of identical clasps you can obtain. The most I've seen is 11. It would take two claspsto make the schematic, giving you a max factory run of 4. Still - you could stretch your limited schematic out a little bit by doing it this way.
