Thanks guys...it's not a looted schematic is it? Only, the tailor that I intend to make it for me has a problem in locating it when I visited him.
He is a Master Tailor so skill should not be an issue

Nope, its a regular schematic. Can't remember which box its in but if they are a master tailor it should be under shirts

Hrm, yeah, I don't recall any bow tie on females. It's just a really big wingtip collar a la 70's fashion. All clothing except for the Smock which is male only, has a default icon for the female form. So the item you are looking for is the Suit shirt, but it will be modeled on a female torso and the tie does not show on the schematic. The tie only shows if it is worn by a male character or male vendor.

My bad
I've always seen the big collar as being a bowtie for some reason. Must be going mad in my old age

I wish it was a bow tie! Or that you could choose options when crafting it: No tie, bow tie or long tie. And that any version could be worn by male or female.

The version your friend sees when crafting the shirt will be the version sans tie, because all clothing defaults to a female bodytype when its not being worn by a male. You'll only see the tie when a male is wearing the shirt.
