I've had 4 factories up and running all day, i'm within 100m of them. Even have one targeted.
Haven't gotten squat for xp from them. Is this bugged, or has it been changed?

factories have not given the craft xp for ages.
you must craft to earn XP
there is still a minute {extremely so} percentage of user XP,
but crafting is really what it is all about.

There never was such a thing as "experience-gain by targeting a factory" ...
You will gain exp by crafting and some (!) more, if a customer uses (read: wears) your beautiful fashion.

Actually there was, first month of game, you could stand by your factories and receive XP
the user XP was huge then as well, something like 10% so folks were handing stuff out free to gain XP
Wear this eat this shoot this..was a blast.
I bet

Ha ha ha! Yeah, User XP... in beta there for a while, you ground out artisan xp by making and eating bofa treats or rolling your chance cubes over and over and over.... Good times.
