Alright clothes are like the most important thing in the universe. Now that we all know that I want to tell you how the Combat Upgrade ruined my entire life.
I'm not a Tailor, even though I probably should be, but I have two houses and a bank completely full of clothes. Armor was like a huge part of my outfits. You can get way more colors out of padded and ubese armors than Tailors can get in clothing. My outfits are always Very colorful. Most of the time I would wear bright colored padded boots or gloves, marauder leggings look Awesome on me, my favorite outfit requires padded shoulders, bracers and boots. Now I can't wear any of it!
I'm a dancer so don't tell me to go get novice in some combat profession. They should make it so you can Equip any armor you want, you just won't get any benefit from it unless you have the certifications.

By the way, aren't you Tailors mad that armorsmiths get brighter colors than you? Try to make a pair of red boots, or yellow, or orange..

Obviously this player has never played both tailor and armoursmith.

I have, and Armoursmith padded armour palette, uses the 'same' palette as the tailor standard palette. Some tailor items dont use full palette granted... but before i quit padded was the 'only' armoursmith item that used the full colour grid.

But im deviating from the main point you was getting at.... Yes im unhappy i can no longer wear armour too, i enjoyed wearing padded as part of an outfit also, but i knew what was comming and prepared for it, so cant say im overly upset, as a tailor myself i know i have thousands of combinations at my disposal for clothing anyway.

Only one that bothers me is the boots. I wish they would expand the palette for boots at least, preferable universal palette for all tailor clothing

I have played neither Tailor nor Armorsmith. I do, however, know the palettes and as you said Tailors can't get the same colors in leathers such as gloves and boots as Armorsmiths can in Padded Armors.
I can't tell if you're trying to insult me for not having been one of those professions or for not being "prepared" for this.. but I'm glad someone else at least knows what I'm talking about.
