I'm sure I'm not the only one who's noticed this by now, but how do you guys like those spiffy new metal colors?

Rather interesting, but they're just so much FUN! Lots of new options now.

I was really exited when I first saw them, but now it just makes me wish that there were new leather colors also. The leather colors are dull now compared the metal. But if we ever do get new leather colors it will make me happy again for another day and then I'll think about something else that tailors should have.

True. I think most consider leather to be an eyesore, thanks to the fact that none of them match the regular shades. Oh well. Can't go wrong with black, brown, and white.

They make for some fantastic metal bikinis. Scarlet metal on a black background is a very Victoria's Secret look.. *grins*

Ooooh yeah! Absolutely. I made that bikini -- Scarlet metal and black. Matched it to a belted skirt -- scarlet metal and black. Fabulous. Waltz through a cantina in that and watch the dancers turn into kittens twirling around your legs and purring "Puurrrr-pleeeaaasse make me one like that! Puurrrrr-pleeaase?" Yeppers.

LOL, believe it or not, haven't tried that one yet. Actually, I love the effect the new metal colors have on the cloaked dress. Shiny deep red and ocean blue over a pure white dress. I wear it dancing because it's so darn cool!

The new metal colors put some zing in the Dress Uniform Jacket, too.

I sold my first cloaked dress in black/red (why the "underdress" is still limited colors is beyond me)

Revealing bikinis look hella cool - white splotch is gone too. Try em in navy!

Bikini leggings can match metal to leg color.... oooooooo

Belt buckle on the Croc Hunter shorts... ugh, well, maybe no red there...

Necklaces - would be fabulous.... err if they worked...

MY fave - Twi'lek bone crests with the metal thingys in red -ooooooooooo

But armorsmiths are really freaking out - holy cuteness batman, it's red composite!

The first thing I made was a sweet little pair of red wedding rings for a happy couple! Red is the color of luck and love!

They do, but you have to sort of "guess" it. Generally, when you make a necklace, the part with the metal colors is the metal, and any other part is a tint or gem.

Oooh, yes! Red wedding bands. I have been selling a tonne of those, named "Valentine's Red"; they're just gorgeous. But then, folks on Scylla seem to be a bit off with the bands: they won't buy them if named 'wedding rings', and used to refuse them in any shade but one of the golds: 'white gold' didn't work, and neither did silver or platinum.

But **edit**, do those red ones fly off the bazaar.. *laughs*

Metal Bikini now in Red & White makes nice colors for Holiday Season. I've been going through all my clothes and picking out a bunch of holiday colored clothes to put on my vendor for the season. And I love this new 1 month thing with the vendors. That way my items will be on the vendor while I'm on vacation.
