Whats the closest thing any tailor here can make that resembles Military Camo Clothing? I know you got the paramilitary pants, but how about the top?

There isn't a camo patterned shirt, but I've found that by using similar shades of green (for forest) or brown (for desert) in the flex-form shirt, it compliments the camo pants very well. Top off with a similar spec-ops duster and the effect is very military.

Yeah, I think Muscle Shirts work well, in black, pale green, or whatever (solid) color.
Jackets are more problematic. The Spec-Ops Duster in a similar camo pattern looks good, but not especially "military" to my eyes. The Casual Jacket at first glance looks like a fine military jacket, but unfortunately it has a leather-ish sheen to it that doesn't work too well. Pilot's Jacket is pretty good, I think - Camos in pale green worn with a pale green pilot's jacket work pretty nicely together, for instance.

My biggest sellers with camo pants are muscle shirts and lined workshirts.

The cold weather jacket also has a good military look to it, not many people use it.
