There's also tons of websites in the FAQ stickied at the top of the board that have images of flightsuits and everything else we can make.

The only one I've seen is the fighter flight. What are the differences in the others? Do they look different or are they just different colors?

I find it interesting that the heavy flight suit doesn't cover all of the arms. Can arm armor be worn with it?

That is because they modeled it off of Bossk's outfit in ESB. I guess trandoshen's do not need a sealed suit for their arms and legs in space or something. 
Unfortunatly the two other similar outfits worn by the guy at the beginning of ANH that directs Obi wan to chewbacca (in black) and the ATAT pilot uniform (in grey) have the same legs, but the long arms. Also the ATAT pilot outfit has a hard chestpiece instead of the fabric one.
I think you can wear bracers with it since you can wear gauntlet style gloves with it, but I have never tried.
