Im not a tailor, or even an artisan, so for all I know they can do this already, but if they cant, it'd be really cool to give tailors the ability to dye clothes. I have a pair of boots that I put some skill mods in and now I wish I would've bought different color but I dont want to look for those skill tapes again. So dying clothes would be cool.

I'm a newbie tailor, I just got my "wings" a week ago, and am still at the point where I'm grinding and building up skill before actually "trying to be a tailor" but I've already had a couple of people request this. Even our skill tree suggests these types of abilities with "clothing repair" and "clothing customization" but alas it doesn't seem to be something we can do at this point

Nope can't do it.

Yep it has been proposed,especially since the composite armor fix.

But really I would settle for bright colors for my boots. Armorsmiths can do it but we can't. What's up with that.
