hello, I was told that there is a bug with attachments. I have a CA with 3 skill mods and was told that only the highest skill would actually work if I put it in a shirt. Is this true? I'm to scared to try. Payed 1.2 mill for it and I neeed the lowest skill mod on the tape to work.

Yup, it's true. Only the highest mod will go on the shirt.
