how do i get one.. i'm novice tailor now and cant seem to find one or make one. the schematic i want this is necassary. Cant seem to make it or even stand next to a crafting station to make it.

someone help please

Find a Clothing and Armor Crafting Tool—you can usually get them on the bazaar for cheap if you don't care what the rating is (sometimes even if you do.) The other thing to verify is whether or not the schematic requires a public or private crafting station—if it's complexity 30 or above you'll need to use a player-owned crafting station, not one of the static city ones.

You need an armour and clothing crafting tool, you might be able to find one the bazaar or ask an artisan to make you one (its an Engineering 1 schematic).

When buying the higher the tool's effectiveness the better. It will be listed on the tools description so you can see it before you purchase.
