A guy on my server (Range) looted a green scout vest from the Beetle Caves on Tat ( 6522 , -1350 ) just would like to let you guys know there's another way to get that all mighty scout vest that doesn't involve Tailors 
. Don't know if this has been posted already that the vests are lootable. I bought it from him for 20k. I'll post a Screen of it.

I have a bright pink vest I managed to buy off the bazaar on Chimaera.

But the only way to get that scout vest doesn't directly involve tailors Its one of the non-craftable items of clothing. I've been trying to hoard them just in case a customer asks for one in the future.

yeah, i get them off the bazaar all the time. I check for the Robes, Pants, Vest, and Bandoleer's that we cannot craft... ofcourse i'm on some huge "wear the uncraftables" kick right now but still... bazaars are cheaper than 20k
