Thread: Equipping backpacks and bandoliers together (idea)

About a week into playing the game, way back in August, I had acquired my first backpack and bandolier with my hard to get noob cash and I went to equip the backpack. It was on and it looked cool. I went to equip the bandolier too, but wasn't able to.

Flash forward to now, that is still the case. We cannot equip both a bandolier and a backpack.

I think that allowing backpacks and bandoliers to be worn together would allow for better character outfit customization. I really want to wear an ammo bandolier WITH my spec-ops field agent backpack WITH my full composite armor suit.

One existing bandolier (the Armorsmith crafted Ubese Bandolier) looks like it has a pack of some sort attached, but it is for looks only and is not functional as a storage slot.

I dislike having to unequip my 34 item stuffed backpack into my all ready packed inventory to wear a bandolier. I think others feel the same.

And don't get me started on holsters/sheathes for weaponry...they should be in-game because they were in the movies...(see Han Solo, among others)

What do you fellow tailors think?

Well, i like the idea of these two together, but hey, here's another idea....

Since bandoliers take cargo pockets in order to craft......

They should have stoarge space!!!!

Drives me crazy that i have to go the hassle of making cargo pockets if i want to make a bandolier and the stupid thing can't hold anything!! That just drives me crazy!

Amen to this! They take just the same components as backpacks, realoly the only difference I can see is they look different. Hell, if need be, I'll even take 20 or 30 item bandoliers...
