Does the +25 cap apply here the same way it does with other skill mods?

By that I mean will wearing two +15/+15 pieces give me all the protection I can have and then some.....or should I stack on as many of them as i can?

the +25 caps is for the total of all wearables... so 2 pieces is enough.
