Thread: Colors Missing in Palettes: Just Me or You Too?

Howdy, Y'all!

I haven't crafted clothing in awhile other than in black (was taking a break), so I just noticed this problem, and I didn't find it listed anywhere else. But I'm not the best at searching the forums, so I may have missed it.

Some of my palettes are missing color options. Here are the ones I've noticed:

In the 48-color palette, the 48th color option is gone.

In the 96-color palette, the 96th color option is gone.

In the 144-color palette, the 144th color option is gone.

The 255-color palette is okay. I didn't check the other palettes because of my of imminent panic and hyperventilation. *grin* With all of the recent and current tailor bugs,it's painful being a tailor these days, so I admit I was in a hurry;I had to scour the forums asap. *sigh*

In the palettes abovein whichI listed a missing color, the last box is just gone, completely missing. Is this happening to the rest of you? Or is it me only? I wanted to check before I reported it, so I know how to report it appropriately. If this is a well-known bug and I'm just blind, I apologize. If that's the case, can someone please sticky me to the posts so I can read up on it? This is soooo disturbing to me.

One sad tailor,

the only one that I really use out of the missing ones is the extended leather palette forest green, and it's driving me nuts

Me too. I thought maybe it was just my bad memory, but I was pretty darn sure that last green box on the bottom right of the extended leather palette was missing. Forest green. I used to use it lots. I'd like to have it back.

And when they do go in and fix colors again, it would be nice to get back the full color selections on the reinforced pullover and desert crawlers. (I know, most folks hate those and don't make them ever, but I do like them and sold quite a lot of them too.)

Thanks you guys, for the uber fast replies! I love the tailor forums, my home away from Corellia. I'm glad (yet very, very sad) that it isn't just me. Does anyone know if this problem is listed in another thread? Any help, guidance, assistance, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

And, yes, I, too, miss the lovely 'Forest Green' although I call it Vibrant Green....

It's the only green that the Lux Gown looks good in not to mention boots.

Cheers,

You know..I think it would be nice just to have one uber color palette for every item. It makes sense! Gloves, and boots, and certain other items never match correctly!! This would not be a hard thing to do.

I agree, I don't understand why some color palettes suck so bad. Why not just let us use all colors for all the clothing? People would most likely buy more variety 'cause things would match correctly. I would think it would also be more simple for colorblind people and the devs - if something goes wrong, they don't have to test all palettes or anything, it'll all be the same one. So.. yes, good idea in my opinion.

Yes, I would love, love, love to combine the 255-color palette with the metallic palette for one big happy palette. Tailor dreams are big dreams!

Would be nice... but hell, I'd be content with just bug fixes.

Oh, I so totally agree! But I tend to daydream, especially when trying to forget about the bugs for a moment. Tee hee.
