So I was up late last night hand crafting some clothes due to factory bug and a thought came to me--Scary I know--
But what if tailors had the ability to remove CA's from clothing to be reused by the owner in a new piece of clothing or sold.
Forinstance a Jedi's clothing begins to decay, but is nicely moded, if we have an unstitch ability with a looted tool of somesort or another we could remove the tape so the could reuse it in a new outfit.
Maybe give AS the same ability for AA's.
I certainly don't plan on spending millions to ADK an entire set or clothing and armour.
Anyway just my idea for the night.
And please fix the factories.

Fantastic idea, would also introduce being able to unpick a particular skill from a 2 stats CA. let's say you have a clothing exp +10 armour exp +10 tape. Put it on a shirt, then just unpick the armour exp +10 and sell it on, keeping a nice clothing exp +10 shirt ![]()
However, not sure if it would affect the "cash sink" requirement that all MMO's have. To reuse CA's all the time like this would inevitably affect the economy a little over time. Still, I think it's implementation could be cool though, after all they managed it with ADK's ![]()

i like this idea even better if its tied to a loot drop
makes it much more viable... i still think the attachment should decay though when removed from clothing
