Thread: Has anyone seen this Twi'lek headwear before? (description, no pics sorry)

I saw a male Twi'lek the other day that was wearing a really nice piece of headwear i had never seen. It was like a noble crest but much smaller on the sides and the tips were smaller... the color was very metallic and it really looked more like jewelry than it did a piece of clothing... The sides (from what i can remember) looked like small rectangular metal plates with a studded pattern on them. They were curved to match the side of the lekku, but didnt wrap very far around them...
If anyone has any idea as to what i am talking about i would greatly appreciate any assistance. What are they called? Do tailors make them? are the easy to come by?

I too saw a male Twi'lek wearing this headdress, but since I'm not at all familiar with Twi'lek headwear, I just figured it was a noble crest...I'll rummage through my screenies to see if I have a pic for our tailor friends to take a gander at...

i believe that is the noble crest or one of the tailor items..cant remember....but one reason it might seem rare is because it uses green diamond gemstone which rarely spawns
in the past 3 months green diamond gemstone has spawned twice on flurry IIRC with poor stats..i believe it is also used in T21 rifles...

i don't know, I wear a noble crest and I'm pretty sure this is something different...

Maybe it's an armor helm...?

I don't think any of the armor helms cover lekku at all. They always seem to poke out. Of course I haven't seen RIS armor on a twi'lek in game, but supposedly that's what the dude at the top of scren is wearing (if you still have your theme set to Droid Invasion)

Oddly enough, RIS just sort of lops off the Lekku… *shrugs*

The description given sounds like a noble's crest being compare to a Ys'rak or whatever that other big headgear thing is called. Not the one with the "streamers" on the top, you know, the other one.

Hehe, if there is a rare twi'lek head-wear item of some type...
first off, damn them...

I'm definately interested in finding out what longspoon saw.
Mistaken identity or truly something rare...
We shall see.
Although, I'm still so glad we can actually wear our old headpieces without those damn white patches these days

Nope, I know all the normal Twi'lek headwear and wear a noble's crest myself... this was something different, Much smaller than the normal wear, it reminded me more of lekku jewelry than it did clothing...
