draft and loot shematics..... ?
This is from today's patch notes:
Loot
* Added new loot schematics, objects, draft schematics
I thought draft shems have nothing to do with loot...?

They might actually mean permanent and temporary schematics, but I don't know what those ones are.

maybe the draft schematics are the supposed schematics crafters can learn from reverse engineering loot, as opposed to just looting the schematic?

I thought all of the new loot items were 1 use schems... hmm
Although that tapestry could easily be run for 1000 items.

I believe there is NO DIFFERENCE at all.
Yesterday I looted 3 Tatooine Tapestry Draft Schematics, and One Tanned Hide Schematic.
Both were single-use schematics just like things like Geo Reinforcement Cores, Droidsmith's Toolkits, Crafters Aprons, ect.
i'm about to make a post about the Tapestry.

Wow. I went to the tuscan fort for hours and didn't loot anything new. I ended up buying my schematic just to test it out.

Well, on Lowca last night, something happend to the Fort Tusken spawn rate, and about 3 times as many tuskens spawned at a time than usual. so as a TKM on my main account, i just mowed through those guys. i also noticed there is a significate increase in drop rates of the old loot kit items like gong parts. got a good deal of tusken clothing too. in the full 3 hour buff i got the 3 tapestry schemes, and 1 tanned hide scheme.
the bad news: when i crafted the first tapestry, i accidently clicked the Create Prototype button instead of Factory Schematic button. So I now have a tapestry hanging in my shop on Lok.

Draft Schematics are the templates for items you can make with a crafting tool. They are listed in your Datapad, and can be permanent or temporary. (Those of you with crafting macros probably recognize the name from the /selectDraftSchematic command. Or you might just shorten it to /sel. 
Loot Schematics are items that you can use to give yourself a (usually temporary) Draft Schematic.
Manufacturing Schematics are used in factories to make up to 1000 identical items in crates.
The patch notes are telling you that they added new loot schematics, the temporary draft schematics they give you, and the items that you can create with them.
(It appears the person who named the Tapestries shouldn't have put the word "Draft" in their name. None of the other loot schematics I've seen say that.)
