Ok, I know you guys can make the long jedi-esque cloaks with the hood down, i see them all over the place...

but can you make the ones withthe large hood up? Like I see tons of NPCs withthem and it looks so neato! does anyone know what im talking about, because id sure like one thats for sure!

The cloaks you see are coming off of mobs. Not sure about making one with the hood up, probably take a while before any of us get there. Expect to pay a kings ransom when we do though Hopefully they'll turn on decay soon!

The only current "hood up" robe is the Grand Healer's Robe. Which incedentally was woman-only in beta and took a master Tailor to make it.


There are several dropped clothing out there that tailors don't have the ability to make. Guess that makes it rare and valuable in its own right.
